Job description Team Leader will need to do the following
Responsibilities:
-Manage daily manpower through operator certification and cross-training -Manage Daily Time Cards -Escalate problems through cross-functional resources and leadership to ensure on-time delivery, distinctive product quality, and a safe environment for their dept.
-Manage and facilitate Continuous Improvement activities Must Haves:
-Microsoft Office experience required.
-Should have experience in managing people and strong communication skills.
What Sets You Apart:
-SAP experience a big plus -Previous work in a union environment is preferred.
-Experience with PLC, Automation, Engineering or Quality controls - Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred but will look at experience Job Types:
