Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred but will look at experience.
Team Leader will need to do the following
Responsibilities:
Manage daily manpower through operator certification and cross-training Manage Daily Timecards Escalate problems through cross-functional resources and leadership to ensure on-time delivery, distinctive product quality, and a safe environment for their dept.
Manage and facilitate Continuous Improvement activities Must Haves:
Microsoft Office experience required.
Should have experience in managing people and strong communication skills.
What Sets You Apart:
SAP experience a big plus Previous work in a union environment is preferred.
Experience with PLC, Automation, Engineering or Quality controls Job Types:
