Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents Prepares and administers medications charts as required Administers treatments Consults with physicians Communicates with director of nursing and staff Job Requirements Long term care experience preferred Must be a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Illinois Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills Hope Creek provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
