Coordinate all tours for prospective residents.
Follow up with all prospects and families.
Participate in all company-wide marketing initiatives and calls.
Assist Executive Director with running the day-to-day operations at the Community in a quality manner.
Assist Executive Director in the management and staffing of all on-site staff.
Oversee, plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events.
Provide a high level of support and leadership to all on-site staff.
Establish self as the Face of the Community - field daily resident, family, and employee concerns.
